With 20 years of experience across government and enterprise environments, Rahwa has led and supported multi-million-dollar initiatives, strengthened complex technology systems, guided cross-functional teams, and delivered results in high-pressure environments where performance is not optional.
She leads by asking a simple question: "If I were the one using this system, managing this task, or sitting in this role, would this make my life simpler, help me make better and faster decisions, and create lasting impact?"
The name TATARIY reflects how she operates: Disciplined Consistency.
