Job Title

Position Overview
This individual will play a key role in supporting the CEO and executive leadership while helping to manage communication and coordination across two satellite offices. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skill. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle executive support, calendar management, and operational coordination with poise, this is your seat at the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and track deadlines
- Communicate seamlessly in both Amharic and English with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a central point of coordination between the D.C. headquarters and two satellite locations
- Assist with organizing and maintaining certification records and compliance documentation
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Welcome and manage visitors, vendors, and daily office needs with a professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Fluency in Amharic and English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role
- Strong background in calendar management, multitasking, and communication
- Experience handling sensitive documents and supporting executives at the C-suite level
- Familiarity with document compliance and certification tracking is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital tools
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and attention to detail

Dam Safety Engineer – Subject Matter Expert III (PE Required)
Support the BIA Division of Water & Power’s Safety of Dams program with risk assessments, H&H studies, design analyses, site investigations, remediation planning, and federal compliance.
Location

Compensation
- $145,000–$155,000 (commensurate with experience and position level)
Position Summary
TATARIY is urgently recruiting a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to support an upcoming federal contract with the BIA’s Division of Water and Power.
- The role is critical to the Safety of Dams (SOD) Program, which protects lives, infrastructure, and tribal resources by ensuring federally owned dams are properly maintained and risk-managed.
- As a Dam Safety Engineer SME, responsibilities include contributing technical expertise to:
- Site investigations
- Risk assessments
- Hydrologic and hydraulic studies
- Design analyses
- Remediation planning
- Federal compliance efforts
Minimum Requirements – Engineering III Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Agricultural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited institution).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) from any U.S. state.
- 10+ years experience in design or analysis of water resources or power generation/distribution infrastructure.
- Experience with federal design standards for dams, levees, or related infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Federal Dam Safety standards.
- 3+ years leading technical efforts related to dam safety or similar engineering programs.
- Experience with Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Early Warning Systems (EWSs) (highly valued).
- Familiarity with one or more DWP programs strongly preferred.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Proficiency in: HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, GeoStudio, MAXIMO, ArcGIS
- Strong background in risk-informed decision making, inspections, and maintenance planning.
- Experience with tribal or intergovernmental coordination (a plus).
- Solid technical writing and reporting skills (condition assessments, SOPs, design documentation).

Position Overview
Our customer is seeking a seasoned Director of Security to lead a large physical security contract supporting U.S. government clients across the Washington, DC area. This role requires 24/7 oversight of all contract operations, including personnel management, client relations, incident response, and billing.
The Director will oversee a workforce of approximately 300 full-time security personnel, organized into teams embedded at client sites. Each team is led by an on-site Security Manager, who reports directly to the Director. The Director serves as the primary point of contact for all client relationships and is ultimately responsible for operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all contract operations and manage performance across all assigned teams and locations.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise Security Managers and field personnel.
- Oversee the deployment and use of security technologies (e.g., surveillance, access control).
- Establish and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
- Review and update procedures to reflect operational needs and evolving threats.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigations and coordination with law enforcement.
- Conduct routine security audits and assessments; implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the lead liaison with all contract clients.
- Respond to concerns, tailor support solutions, and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication.
Financial Oversight
- Manage department budgets, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee semi-monthly billing; ensure accurate, timely invoicing and collections.
- Analyze billing trends, resolve discrepancies, and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of security management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment, especially in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Working knowledge of applicable regulations and standards across federal or corporate sectors.
